Article R752-37 of the French Commercial code

The National Commission may only deliberate if at least six of its members are present.

If this quorum is not reached, a second meeting is convened. The national commission shall meet at least seven days after the date of dispatch of the second meeting notice. The National Commission may only validly deliberate if at least four of its members are present. If this quorum is not reached, the national commission is deemed not to have met.

La commission nationale ne peut délibérer que si au moins six de ses membres sont présents.

Si ce quorum n’est pas atteint, une seconde réunion est convoquée. La commission nationale se réunit au minimum sept jours après la date d’envoi de la seconde convocation. La commission nationale ne peut valablement délibérer qu’en présence d’au moins quatre de ses membres. Si ce quorum n’est pas atteint, la commission nationale est réputée ne pas s’être réunie.
