Article R752-39 of the French Commercial code

Within one month of the meeting of the national commission or the date of tacit confirmation, the decision or opinion is notified to the applicant, to the applicant, if different from the applicant, to the prefect and, if the project requires planning permission, to the competent planning permission authority.

For projects covered by article L. 752-1, within ten days of notification, the decision or notice is published in the Recueil des actes administratifs of the Prefecture of the département in which the business is located. In the event of a favourable opinion or decision, the prefect of the département in which the establishment is located shall have an extract of this decision or opinion published in two regional or local newspapers circulated in the département within the same time period, at the applicant’s expense.

Decisions and opinions of the national commission are made public electronically.

Dans le délai d’un mois suivant la réunion de la commission nationale ou la date de la confirmation tacite, la décision ou l’avis est notifié au requérant, au demandeur, s’il est distinct du requérant, au préfet et, si le projet nécessite un permis de construire, à l’autorité compétente en matière de permis de construire.

Pour les projets relevant de l’article L. 752-1, dans les dix jours suivant la notification, la décision ou l’avis est publié au recueil des actes administratifs de la préfecture du département de la commune d’implantation. En cas d’avis ou de décision favorable, le préfet du département de la commune d’implantation fait publier dans le même délai, aux frais du demandeur, un extrait de cette décision ou de cet avis dans deux journaux régionaux ou locaux diffusés dans le département.

Les décisions et avis de la commission nationale sont rendus publics par voie électronique.
