The secretariat of the national commission informs, by any means, the members of the national commission of applications for authorisation to operate a business and of the decisions or opinions of the departmental commissions covered by V of article L. 752-17.

The one-month period provided for in V of article L. 752-17 runs from the date of notification to the secretariat of the national commission of the opinion or decision of the departmental commission.

Le secrétariat de la commission nationale informe, par tout moyen, les membres de la Commission nationale des demandes d’autorisation d’exploitation commerciale et des décisions ou avis des commissions départementales relevant du V de l’article L. 752-17.

Le délai d’un mois prévu au V de l’article L. 752-17 court à compter de la notification au secrétariat de la commission nationale de l’avis ou de la décision de la commission départementale.
