Article R752-43-9 of the French Commercial code

The provisions of article R. 752-39 are applicable.

In addition to the addressees mentioned in the first paragraph of this article, the new notice or decision is also notified, subject to the same time limit, to the third parties mentioned in article R. 752-43-7 who have sent new written contributions to the National Commission or have asked to be heard as part of the new application.

Les dispositions de l’article R. 752-39 sont applicables.

Outre les destinataires mentionnés au premier alinéa de cet article, le nouvel avis ou la nouvelle décision est également notifié, sous la même condition de délai, aux tiers mentionnés à l’article R. 752-43-7 qui ont adressé de nouvelles contributions écrites à la Commission nationale ou ont demandé à être entendus dans le cadre de la nouvelle demande.
