The application for authorisation is sent electronically to the Prefect, with an electronic acknowledgement of receipt sent immediately.
The Prefect has one month from receipt of the authorisation application to check that it is complete and to request any additional information or details. Once this one-month period has elapsed, the application for authorisation is deemed to be complete.

The investigation period is three months.

La demande d’habilitation est adressée par voie électronique au préfet, l’accusé de réception électronique étant envoyé sans délai.

Le préfet dispose d’un mois, à réception de la demande d’habilitation, pour vérifier qu’elle est complète et demander, le cas échéant, des éléments ou informations complémentaires. Passé ce délai d’un mois, la demande d’habilitation est réputée complète.

Le délai d’instruction est de trois mois. Il court à compter de la réception par la préfecture d’une demande d’habilitation complète.
