Article R752-7 of the French Commercial code

The application shall specify, in addition to the information provided for in Article R. 752-5, the following information:

1° For the natural person applicant(s): surname, first name, address, telephone number and e-mail address;

2° For the legal entity applicant(s): company name, legal form, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as the surname, first name, telephone number and e-mail address of their representative;

3° Location, address and surface area of the plot(s).

In addition to the information provided for in Article R. 752-6, the following information:

a) For the applicant(s): the unique identification number or, if the company is in the process of being incorporated, a copy of the articles of association registered with the tax authorities;

b) An indication of the land concerned, its total surface area and an extract from the cadastral map;

c) A description of the project specifying its place in the landscape or an urban project;

d) A 1:25,000 map showing the location of the project;

e) A duly captioned aerial or satellite view setting the project in its neighbourhood;

f) An axonometric photograph of the current site and a visual presentation of the project enabling an assessment of its future insertion in relation to neighbouring buildings and landscapes, its visual impact and the treatment of accesses and the land;

g) A graphic document representing all the facades of the project.

Article R752-7

La demande précise, outre les éléments prévus à l’article R. 752-5, les éléments suivants :

1° Pour le ou les demandeurs personnes physiques : nom, prénom, adresse, numéro de téléphone et adresse électronique ;

2° Pour le ou les demandeurs personnes morales : raison sociale, forme juridique, adresse, numéro de téléphone et adresse électronique, ainsi que les nom, prénom, numéro de téléphone et adresse électronique de leur représentant ;

3° Localisation, adresse et superficie du ou des terrains.

Le dossier déposé comprend, outre les éléments prévus à l’article R. 752-6, les éléments suivants :

a) Pour le ou les demandeurs : le numéro unique d’identification ou, si la société est en cours de constitution, une copie des statuts enregistrés auprès des services fiscaux ;

b) L’indication des terrains concernés, leur superficie totale et un extrait de plan cadastral ;

c) Une description du projet précisant son inscription dans le paysage ou un projet urbain ;

d) Une carte au 1/25 000 indiquant la localisation du projet ;

e) Une vue aérienne ou satellite dûment légendée inscrivant le projet dans son quartier ;

f) Une photographie axonométrique du site actuel et une présentation visuelle du projet permettant d’apprécier sa future insertion par rapport aux constructions avoisinantes et aux paysages, son impact visuel ainsi que le traitement des accès et du terrain ;

g) Un document graphique représentant l’ensemble des façades du projet.
