Article R753-12 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I, in article R. 313-20, the words: “for loans guaranteed by the guarantee fund for social home ownership mentioned in article L. 312-1 of the Code de la construction et de l’habitation or any person who replaces it” are replaced by the words: “for loans guaranteed by any person who replaces a guarantee fund for social home ownership”.

I. – Sont applicables en Polynésie française, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :

II. – Pour l’application du I, à l’article R. 313-20, les mots : « pour les prêts bénéficiant de la garantie du fonds de garantie à l’accession sociale à la propriété mentionné à l’article L. 312-1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ou de toute personne qui viendrait s’y substituer » sont remplacés par les mots : « pour les prêts bénéficiant de la garantie de toute personne qui se substituerait à un fonds de garantie à l’accession sociale à la propriété ».
