Article R753-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Subject to the adaptations provided for in II and III, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

2° In articles R. 312-19 and R. 312-20, the words: in accordance with the third paragraph of article L. 3341-7 of the Labour Code are deleted;
3° In article R. 312-20, after the words: in foreign currency, the words: or in CFP francs are added.
III. – Articles R. 312-19 to R. 312-22 are applicable to the Office des postes et télécommunications.

2° Aux articles R. 312-19 et R. 312-20, les mots : conformément au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 3341-7 du code du travail sont supprimés ;
3° A l’article R. 312-20, après les mots : en devises étrangères sont ajoutés les mots : ou en francs CFP.
III. – Les articles R. 312-19 à R. 312-22 sont applicables à l’Office des postes et télécommunications.
