Article R762-11 of the French Commercial code

When one of the elements of the initial declaration is modified before or during the event, a declaration must be made immediately to the prefect of the département under the conditions laid down by order of the minister responsible for trade.

Lorsqu’un des éléments de la déclaration initiale est modifié avant ou pendant la tenue de la manifestation, déclaration en est faite immédiatement au préfet du département dans les conditions fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé du commerce.
