An order of the Minister responsible for trade shall specify the terms and conditions under which the formalities provided for in this chapter shall be carried out electronically. This order provides for the setting up of a teleservice system for this purpose.
Un arrêté du ministre chargé du commerce précise les modalités selon lesquelles il est procédé aux formalités prévues au présent chapitre par voie électronique. Cet arrêté prévoit la mise en place à cet effet d’un dispositif de télé-service.
