Article R*765-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in French Polynesia:
1° Articles R. * 721-3, R. * 732-3, R. * 732-4 and R. * 744-24 are applicable in French Polynesia;
2° Article R. * 721-3 is worded as follows:

“Art. R. * 721-3.-The Minister of the Interior is competent to determine the country of return in the event of compulsory enforcement when the foreign national, present on French territory, is subject to an administrative ban on entry. “

3° Article R. * 732-3 is worded as follows:

“Art. R. * 732-3.-By way of derogation from Article R. 732-2, the Minister of the Interior is competent when the foreign national is in the Wallis and Futuna Islands when the house arrest is issued. “

Pour l’application du présent livre en Polynésie française :

” Art. R. * 721-3.-Le ministre de l’intérieur est compétent pour fixer le pays de renvoi en cas d’exécution d’office lorsque l’étranger, présent sur le territoire français, fait l’objet d’une interdiction administrative du territoire. ” ;

3° L’article R. * 732-3 est ainsi rédigé :

” Art. R. * 732-3.-Par dérogation à l’article R. 732-2, le ministre de l’intérieur est compétent lorsque l’étranger se trouve dans les îles Wallis et Futuna au moment du prononcé de l’assignation à résidence. “
