Article R774-41 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Pursuant to Article 7, 8° of Organic Law no. 2004-192 of 27 February 2004, subject to the adaptations provided for in II, Articles R. 562-1 to R. 562-9 are applicable by operation of law in French Polynesia.
II. – For the application of I:
1° In the last paragraph of article R. 562-1, after the words: “mentioned in 1° and 7° bis”, the following words are inserted: ” with the exception of 1° quater and 6° bis,” are inserted;
2° In Articles R. 562-3 and R. 562-6, the words: “European regulations on restrictive measures taken pursuant to Articles 75 or 215 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union” are replaced by the words: “European regulations mentioned in Article L. 712-10”;
3° In Article R. 562-4, the references to the real estate register and the land register are replaced by the equivalent locally applicable provisions having the same purpose.

I. – En application du 8° de l’article 7 de la loi organique n° 2004-192 du 27 février 2004, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, les articles R. 562-1 à R. 562-9 sont applicables de plein droit en Polynésie française.
II. – Pour l’application du I :
1° Au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 562-1, après les mots : « mentionnées aux 1° et 7° bis», sont insérés les mots : « , à l’exception des 1° quater et 6° bis, » ;
2° Aux articles R. 562-3 et R. 562-6, les mots : « règlements européens portant mesures restrictives pris en application des articles 75 ou 215 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne » sont remplacés par les mots : « règlements européens mentionnés à l’article L. 712-10 » ;
3° A l’article R. 562-4, les références au fichier immobilier et au livre foncier sont remplacées par les dispositions équivalentes applicables localement ayant le même objet.
