Article R774-42 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – The provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, subject to the adaptations mentioned in II, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I, in article R. 563-1, the words: “neither an exclusive right nor the authorisation referred to in article 21 of Act no. 2010-476 of 12 May 2010 on the opening up to competition and the regulation of the online gambling sector, taken” are replaced by the words: “no exclusive right taken”.

I. – Sont applicables en Polynésie française, sous réserve des adaptations mentionnées au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :

II. – Pour l’application du I, à l’article R. 563-1, les mots : « ni un droit exclusif ni l’agrément mentionné à l’article 21 de la loi n° 2010-476 du 12 mai 2010 relative à l’ouverture à la concurrence et à la régulation du secteur des jeux d’argent et de hasard en ligne, prise » sont remplacés par les mots : « pas de droit exclusif pris ».
