Article R775-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Are applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I:
1° In paragraph 3 of II of Article R. 513-1, the words: the guarantee fund for social home ownership mentioned in Article L. 312-1 of the French Construction and Housing Code or any person replacing it are replaced by the words: any person replacing a guarantee fund for social home ownership;
2° In the last paragraph of Article R. 513-6-1, the words: after consultation with the European Banking Agency are deleted;
3° In article R. 513-7, the words: or a similar entity subject to the law of a Member State of the European Union are deleted;
4° In article R. 513-10, the words: the sums owed to the guarantee fund for social home ownership mentioned in article L. 312-1 of the Construction and Housing Code, are deleted;
5° In article R. 513-13, the words: in articles R. 313-17-1, R. 313-17-2 and R. 313-18 are replaced by the words: in article R. 313-18;
6° In article R. 513-17, after the words: the Banque de France , the words: and the Institut d’émission d’outre-mer are inserted;
7° In Article R. 513-20:
a) The words: a central bank of a Member State of the European Union are replaced by the words: the Banque de France or the Institut d’émission d’outre-mer;
b) The words: a central government of a Member State of the European Union are replaced by the words: France .

II. – Pour l’application du I :
1° Au 3 du II de l’article R. 513-1, les mots : du fonds de garantie à l’accession sociale à la propriété mentionné à l’article L. 312-1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ou de toute personne qui viendrait à s’y substituer sont remplacés par les mots : de toute personne venant en substitution d’un fonds de garantie à l’accession sociale à la propriété ;
2° Au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 513-6-1, les mots : après consultation de l’Agence bancaire européenne sont supprimés ;
3° A l’article R. 513-7, les mots : ou une entité similaire soumise au droit d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne sont supprimés ;
4° A l’article R. 513-10, les mots : les sommes dues au fonds de garantie à l’accession sociale à la propriété mentionné à l’article L. 312-1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation, sont supprimés ;
5° A l’article R. 513-13, les mots : aux articles R. 313-17-1, R. 313-17-2 et R. 313-18 sont remplacés par les mots : à l’article R. 313-18 ;
6° A l’article R. 513-17, après les mots : de la Banque de France , sont insérés les mots : et de l’Institut d’émission d’outre-mer ;
7° A l’article R. 513-20 :
a) Les mots : d’une banque centrale d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne sont remplacés par les mots : de la Banque de France ou de l’Institut d’émission d’outre-mer ;
