Article R783-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – The provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, subject to the adaptations mentioned in II, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I, the words “and the accountants of the Directorate General of Public Finance” are deleted.

Article R783-1

I. – Sont applicables en Polynésie française, sous réserve des adaptations mentionnées au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :
