Article R811-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The administrative investigations referred to in article L. 811-1, conducted for the issue, renewal or withdrawal of a residence permit or residence authorisation, are carried out under the conditions laid down in articles R. 114-1 to R. 114-6 of the Internal Security Code.

Les enquêtes administratives mentionnées à l’article L. 811-1, conduites pour la délivrance, le renouvellement ou le retrait du titre de séjour ou de l’autorisation de séjour, sont réalisées dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 114-1 à R. 114-6 du code de la sécurité intérieure.
