The responsible authority shall take the necessary measures to ensure the integrity and security of the pages on which the information referred to in article R. 8211-3 is disseminated and the protection of identifying data in order to prevent them from being indexed by search engine sites.

These pages state that these companies are prohibited from indexing and referencing the data contained therein while the sentence is being served or at the end of the sentence.

They also state that these data may not be reproduced by anyone on other websites or on any electronic medium.

L’autorité responsable prend les mesures nécessaires pour assurer l’intégrité et la sécurité des pages sur lesquelles sont diffusées les informations mentionnées à l’article R. 8211-3 et la protection des données identifiantes en vue d’empêcher leur indexation par les sites de moteur de recherche.

Ces pages mentionnent l’interdiction faite à ces sociétés de procéder à l’indexation et au référencement des données contenues durant l’exécution de la peine ou à l’issue de celle-ci.

Elles informent que ces données ne peuvent faire l’objet par quiconque d’une reproduction sur d’autres sites internet ou sur tout support électronique.
