Article R8252-1 of the French Labour Code

When one of the officials mentioned in article L. 8271-7 finds that a foreign worker is employed without being in possession of a document authorising him/her to work as an employee in France, he/she will give him/her a document informing him/her of his/her rights, the content of which is defined in article R. 8252-2.

Article R8252-1

Lorsque l’un des agents mentionnés à l’article L. 8271-7 constate qu’un travailleur étranger est occupé sans être en possession d’un titre l’autorisant à exercer une activité salariée en France, il lui remet un document l’informant de ses droits dont le contenu est défini à l’article R. 8252-2.
