Article R917-24 of the French Commercial code

In article R. 713-17 :

a) In 7° of I and 3° of II, the words: “of the category and, where applicable, the sub-category to which” are replaced by the words: “of the college to which”;

b) In 1° of II, the words: “chamber of commerce and industry” are replaced by the words: “chamber of agriculture, commerce, industry, trades and crafts of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon”.

A l’article R. 713-17 :

a) Au 7° du I et au 3° du II, les mots : ” de la catégorie et, le cas échéant, de la sous-catégorie à laquelle ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” du collège auquel ” ;

b) Au 1° du II, les mots : ” chambre de commerce et d’industrie ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” chambre d’agriculture, de commerce, d’industrie, de métiers et de l’artisanat de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon “.
