The first and second paragraphs of Article R. 711-71 are replaced by the following provisions:
“The Chamber of Agriculture, Commerce, Industry, Trades and Crafts of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon meets as a general meeting for all colleges combined.
“The Chamber may only validly deliberate if the number of members present exceeds half the number of members in office. “
Le premier et le deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 711-71 sont remplacés par les dispositions suivantes :
” La chambre d’agriculture, de commerce, d’industrie, de métiers et de l’artisanat de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon se réunit en assemblée générale tous collèges confondus.
” La chambre ne peut valablement délibérer que si le nombre des membres présents dépasse la moitié du nombre des membres en exercice. “
