The Colmar, Metz, Mulhouse, Sarreguemines, Saverne, Strasbourg and Thionville judicial courts have commercial chambers.

The president of the commercial chamber of the judicial court is appointed in accordance with the rules governing the allocation of judges to the court’s chambers.
The number of commercial chamber assessors in the judicial courts of the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle is set in accordance with the table in Annex 7-4 to this book. .
The assessors of the commercial chambers are elected under the conditions set out in articles R. 723-1 to R. 723-31.
The provisions of articles R. 722-7, R. 722-10, R. 722-18 to R. 722-20 and R. 724-1 to R. 724-21 are applicable to the assessors of the commercial divisions.
The seat and jurisdiction of the mixed commercial courts are determined in accordance with the table in Annex 7-3 to this book.
The number of elected judges of the mixed commercial courts of the overseas departments and regions is set in accordance with the table in Annex 7-4 of this book.
The judges of the mixed commercial courts are elected under the conditions set out in articles R. 723-1 to R. 723-31.
The provisions of articles R. 722-7, R. 722-10, R. 722-18 to R. 722-20 and R. 724-1 to R. 724-21 are applicable to the elected judges of the mixed commercial courts.
The provisions of article R. 721-6 are applicable to the mixed commercial court.
