Title III: Interbank settlement systems and settlement and delivery systems for financial instruments

The list of interbank settlement systems and systems for the settlement and delivery of financial instruments notified to the European Securities and Markets Authority by the Minister responsible for the economy, pursuant to I of Article L. 330-1, is published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

The managers of the systems referred to in Article R. 330-1 shall send the Banque de France and, in the case of systems for the settlement and delivery of financial instruments, the Autorité des marchés financiers, a list of the persons who participate directly or indirectly in such systems, and shall inform them without delay of any change to this list.
