Chapter I: Provisions applicable to the départements of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle.

Commercial chambers of the judicial court are established in the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle. .

The jurisdiction of the commercial chamber is that of the commercial courts.

The commercial chamber is composed of a member of the judicial court, the president, two elected assessors and a court clerk. The assessors are elected under the conditions set out in articles L. 723-1 to L. 723-14.

The other provisions of Title II of Book VII relating to the commercial courts are applicable to the commercial chamber, with the exception of articles L. 721-1, L. 721-2, L. 722-3, and L. 722-11 to L. 722-13.
