Section 3: Sales.

Any person engaging in sales on sale shall keep at the disposal of the agents authorised to carry out checks the documents justifying that the goods sold on sale had been offered for sale, and where the seller is neither the producer nor his agent that their purchase price had been paid, for at least one month at the date of the start of the sales period in question.

Any advertisement relating to a sales operation must mention the date on which the operation begins and the nature of the goods to which the operation relates, if it does not concern all of the establishment’s products.
