The agricultural products to which the provisions of I of Article L. 443-2 apply are as follows: Fruit and vegetables, with the exception of ware potatoes, intended to be sold fresh to the consumer; Fresh, frozen or deep-frozen poultry and rabbit meat; Eggs; Eggs Eggs; Honeys.

Article D443-4 of the French Commercial code

Subject to the provisions of article D. 443-3, the minimum order cancellation period provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 443-5 is set at three days for fresh fruit and vegetables, unless they are intended to be sold under a private label within the meaning of article R. 412-47 of the Consumer Code, in which case this minimum period is set at six days.
