The administrator shall file with the registry and communicate to the authorities and persons mentioned in Article L. 626-8, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the balance sheet drawn up in accordance with l’article L. 623-1.

The environmental assessment provided for in article L. 623-1 is carried out at the request of the administrator by the debtor or by a technician appointed by the juge-commissaire, if the latter deems such intervention necessary.
