Chapter VII: Provisions adapting Book VII.

In Article R. 713-13 : a) The first paragraph reads as follows: “The commission provided for in Article L. 713-17, known as the election organisation commission, competent to organise, in the constituency of the Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon Chamber of Agriculture, Commerce, Industry, Trades and Crafts, is chaired by the Prefect of the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and comprises: “; b) In the second paragraph, the words: “chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale”…

In article R. 713-14 : a) In 2°, the word “category” is replaced by the word “college”; b) In the seventh paragraph, the words “chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale” are replaced by the words “chambre d’agriculture, de commerce, d’industrie, de métiers et de l’artisanat de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon”.

In Article R. 713-15, the words: “of the Minister responsible for overseeing the chambers of commerce and industry” are replaced by the words: “of the Prefect of the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon”.

In article R. 713-17 : a) In 7° of I and 3° of II, the words: “of the category and, where applicable, the sub-category to which” are replaced by the words: “of the college to which”; b) In 1° of II, the words: “chamber of commerce and industry” are replaced by the words: “chamber of agriculture, commerce, industry, trades and crafts of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon”.

In article R. 713-18 : a) In the second paragraph, the words “categories or sub-categories” are replaced by the word “colleges”; b) In the fifth paragraph, the words “category and sub-category” are replaced by the words “college”.

In article R. 713-19 : a) In the first paragraph, the words: “category or sub-category” are replaced by the word: “college”; b) In the second paragraph, the words: “the professional category, sub-category or delegation” are replaced by the words: “the college”.
