Chapter IIa: Fixed fine procedure

The amount of the reduced fixed fine provided for in article 529-2-1 is set at 150 euros for fifth-class offences.

The officer of the public prosecutor’s office to whom an admissible claim is referred shall inform the accounting officer of the Directorate General of Public Finance without delay of the cancellation of the enforcement order in respect of the contested fine.
