Chapter VII: Miscellaneous provisions

Records and copies of records relating to judicial decisions, as well as bulletins no. 1, are paid for out of the appropriations allocated to legal costs. Bulletins no. 1 of the criminal record are issued free of charge.

Bulletin no. 2 of the criminal record is issued free of charge.

Bulletin no. 3 of the criminal record is issued free of charge.

The automated national criminal records department is notified, by the public prosecutor or the public prosecutor, of arrest warrants and judgments or rulings handing down custodial sentences, whether in adversarial proceedings or in absentia, which have not been enforced. These notices are recorded in the criminal record. Criminal record cards, copies of these cards intended for international exchange or army recruitment as well as bulletins No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 shall be drawn up in accordance with models set by the Minister of Justice. Copies of cards intended for verification of electoral capacity shall be drawn up in accordance with a model set by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies.
