When the matter is referred to the Paris Sentence Enforcement Court for modification or release of the judicial measure for the prevention of terrorist recidivism and reintegration pursuant to the provisions of the first sentence of the last paragraph of Article 706-25-18, it shall rule under the same conditions as those laid down when it orders a judicial measure to prevent repeat terrorist offending and reintegration.
