Chapter IV: Adjournment

When the trial court postpones sentencing pursuant to article 132-66 of the Penal Code, the sentence enforcement judge in whose jurisdiction the accused resides shall ensure, either by himself or by any qualified person, that the prescriptions listed in the court’s injunction are carried out.
