Chapter II: Intermediaries and persons making public offerings authorised to maintain custody accounts for financial instruments.

To obtain the authorisation as custodian referred to in Article L. 542-1, applicants must submit their application to the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution. The application for authorisation and subsequent amendments are subject to the conditions and procedures set out in Articles L. 532-1 to L. 532-5 and R. 532-1 to R. 532-9.
