Chapter IV: Offences relating to market undertakings and clearing houses

Subject to the provisions of Article 226-14 of the French Criminal Code, any manager, employee or agent of a clearing house is liable to the penalties provided for in Article 226-13 of the French Criminal Code for violating the professional secrecy established in Article L. 440-4 .

Subject to the provisions of Article 226-14 of the French Criminal Code, the penalties provided for in Article 226-13 of the French Criminal Code shall apply if the members of the administrative, management and supervisory bodies, managers, employees or agents of market undertakings violate the professional secrecy established in Article L. 421-8.
