Article R165-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code
Any breach of the statistical reporting obligations set out in Articles R. 152-1 to R. 152-3 is punishable in accordance with Article L. 165-1.

Anyone who contravenes the obligation to declare set out in article R. 151-11 is liable to a fine equal to the maximum amount applicable to 4th class offences.
