Section 5: Obligations.

In the cases provided for in article L. 228-73, the decision of the Board of Directors, the Management Board or the Executive Chairmen to disregard such decision shall be published in accordance with the conditions set out in the first paragraph of article R. 228-79.

Release of registrations shall be made by the representatives of the group of bondholders concerned. In the event of the safeguard, reorganisation or judicial liquidation of the debtor company, notices and summonses intended for the bondholders shall be sent to the representatives of the general body of shareholders, as the case may be, by the legal representative of the company or the administrator or the judicial representative.

The agent responsible for representing the estate in the case provided for in Article L. 228-85 is appointed by the president of the commercial court ruling on a request. It produces the claim of the general body of creditors within fifteen days of its appointment.

In the event of compulsory liquidation, the certificates of account registration of bearer bonds or, where applicable, the documents evidencing such bonds shall be deposited with the liquidator within the time limit set by the official receiver.
