The declaration provided for in article L. 321-24 shall be in writing. It is sent, within the time limit stipulated in the same article, to the Conseil des Maisons de Vente by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by any other means.

The renewal of the declaration provided for in Article L. 321-24 is accompanied by the documents mentioned in 6° and 7° of Article R. 321-58 and, in the event of a material change relating to the situation established by the other documents mentioned in this article, the documents justifying these changes.

Within fifteen days of receiving the declaration provided for in article L. 321-24, the council shall inform the applicant of any missing documents.
