As soon as the application is received, the president of the court shall have the court clerk summon the legal representative of the legal entity or the debtor who is a natural person in order to obtain his observations. Where the debtor so requests, the president of the court shall forthwith terminate the mission of the mandataire ad hoc.

The mandataire ad hoc shall inform the president of the court without delay of any factor which might justify the termination of his mission.
