Section 4: Seat and jurisdiction of certain specialised commercial courts

The seat and jurisdiction of the commercial courts and commercial divisions of the judicial courts of the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle, specially designated pursuant to Article L. 721-8, are set in accordance with the tables in Annexes 7-1-1 and 7-1-2 du présent livre.

The travel and subsistence expenses incurred by the presidents of the commercial courts or the judges delegated by them mentioned in article L. 721-8 are reimbursed in accordance with the regulations in force applicable to State employees.
