Article R741-9 of the French Commercial code

If a commercial court is abolished, the minutes, registers, deeds, exhibits and documents filed at the registry of the abolished court shall be transferred to the registry of the commercial court or courts now having jurisdiction. The costs of the transfer shall be borne by the State.
