Chapters I and Ia of this Title shall apply to infringements of the rights of the proprietor of a Community design.
A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the seat and jurisdiction of the courts of first instance and of appeal which shall have jurisdiction to hear the actions and claims provided for in Article 80 of Council Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 of 12 December 2001 on Community designs, including where such actions and claims concern both a design matter and a related unfair competition matter.
