As an exception to the provisions of the last paragraph of article L. 2411-10, when the needs of the section are met, the municipal council may, by reasoned decision, finance the carrying out of capital works or maintenance operations falling within the competence of the commune for the non-exclusive benefit of the section of the commune by a contribution from the section’s budget.
