The President of the Regional Council may, by delegation of the Regional Council, be responsible for exercising, on behalf of the region, the pre-emption rights of which it is the holder or delegatee pursuant to the Town Planning Code. He shall report to the nearest useful meeting of the Regional Council on the exercise of this authority.
Unless otherwise stipulated in the delegating resolution, the President may sub-delegate the powers conferred by the Regional Council under the conditions set out in article L. 4231-3.
