The decree provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 2114-1 is adopted on the report of the Minister for the Interior and the Minister for the Economy and Finance after the formalities provided for in Articles L. 2112-1 to L. 2112-10 and L. 2112-13 relating to territorial boundaries insofar as their provisions are not contrary to those of articles L. 2114-1 to L. 2114-3 relating to the abolition…

The commission provided for in Article L. 2114-2 includes, in addition to the authorities designated in the said article, the departmental or, where applicable, regional director of public finance and the heads of the State departments concerned. It is chaired by the Prefect.
