The provisions of articles R. 2131-2-A to R. 2131-4 are applicable to the transmission by electronic means of the acts of the region mentioned in article L. 4141-2. For the application of these provisions, the words: “the commune”, “the prefect” and “the mayor” are replaced respectively by the words: “the region”, “the regional prefect” and “the president of the regional council”.
The provisions of articles R. 2131-5 to R. 2131-7 are applicable to public contracts awarded by regions and their public establishments.
