Section 4: Officials and agents entrusted with certain judicial police duties

When officials and agents covered by article 28 carry out a criminal investigation in accordance with the procedures set out in the third paragraph of that article, the provisions of article D. 5 are applicable.

The provisions of the last paragraph of Article 28 providing for the oath not to be renewed in the event of a change of posting are applicable to all persons carrying out judicial police duties, regardless of their public or private status.
