Section 8: Costs of implementing secret cryptology agreements

For each delivery or implementation, at the request of the judicial authorities under the conditions set out in II of Article 28 of Law no. 90-1170 of 29 December 1990 on the regulation of telecommunications, secret agreements for cryptology means or services, a sum of 60.98 euros is allocated to each approved body.
