At the request of a victim who has filed a complaint but has not joined as a civil party, the order dismissing the case, once it has become final, shall be brought to the victim’s attention by any means.

The orders issued by the examining magistrate pursuant to this section shall contain the surname, first names, date, place of birth, domicile and profession of the person under investigation.
