Within one month of their approval by the General Meeting, all bond-issuing associations shall file with the court clerk’s office, for inclusion in the Trade and Companies Register, the annual financial statements, the management report and the auditors’ report for the past financial year, together with any observations they may have on the amendments made by the General Meeting to the annual financial statements submitted to them. Subject to the provisions of article D. 213-19, the provisions of articles R. 228-60 to R. 228-86 of the French Commercial Code, insofar as they are compatible with the legal status of associations, apply to bonds issued by associations.
