Chapter VII: Common provisions

Unless otherwise provided, for the application of the provisions of this Code to Wallis and Futuna : 1° The reference to the territory replaces that of the region or department; 2° The reference to the senior administrator of the territory replaces that of the representative of the State in the region or department; 3° The reference to the senior administrator of the territory replaces the reference to the director general…

Financial penalties incurred pursuant to this Code shall be imposed in local currency, taking into account the equivalent in that currency of the euro.

For the provisions of this Code made applicable to Wallis and Futuna, references to the provisions of the General Tax Code relating to tobacco are replaced by references to the texts applicable locally and having the same purpose.
