Article L3116-5 of the French Public Health Code

Any civil servant, public official, captain or officer of a ship or aircraft or doctor who, in a document or declaration, alters, conceals or neglects to make known to the health authorities facts that he is obliged to disclose pursuant to the second paragraph of article L. 3115-7 and b of 1° of article L. 3115-11, is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 3,750 euros.

Article L3116-6 of the French Public Health Code

Obstructing the work of the agents mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 3115-1 or the technical inspections carried out by an approved body mentioned in the fourth paragraph of the same article is punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of €7,500.
